Стоимость доставки на точное время (отклонение не более 15 минут) составляет 250 грн.

Условия доставки могут меняться в праздничные дни.

Предварительно менеджер студии уточняет время и адрес доставки.

При оформлении заказа вы можете указать, желаете ли чтобы получатель знал, что курьер доставит именно цветы.

Новая почта

В ближайшее отделение «Новой почты» или курьером по указанному вами адресу

Условия доставки:

Отправка заказов перевозчиком Новая Почта осуществляется только по предоплате:

Заказы стоимостью до 500 грн – 100% предоплата на карту.

Заказы от 500 грн – 100% предоплата, либо аванс 500 грн на карту, с отправкой наложенным платежом на оставшуюся сумму.

Стоимость доставки оплачивается клиентом согласно тарифам и условиям курьерской службы «Новая почта».

Сроки доставки товаров индивидуальны и зависят от места жительства получателя, а также графика работы «Новой почты».

При каждом заказе менеджер студии свяжется с вами для уточнения деталей.

Самовывоз

Бесплатно с студии TORY ART и магазинов студии (точки самовывоза). С адресами магазинов и графиком их работы можно ознакомиться на странице Контакты С момента заказа, товар доставляется на точку самовывоза в течении 4-х часов.

General terms

If the intended recipient is unresponsive, unavailable, or requests a later delivery date, the same product can be delivered again the next day, but an extra fee will apply. Please note that the re-delivery will be for the same item in its current condition. If the condition is unsatisfactory, the sender must repurchase the items, and delivery will take place once the recipient confirms.

If the recipient does not respond during the delivery process, the sender will be notified. If there is no response from the sender within 24 hours since the delivery time, the order will be canceled without a refund.

If you want to change the message on the printed card for any reason, you will be charged an amount equal to the card's price.

Order Refusal

If the intended recipient rejects the order before it is prepared, a refund will be provided. However, if the order has already been prepared, a refund will not be given. In such situations, the sender must arrange for an alternate recipient.
If the receiver rejects the order upon delivery, a refund will not be provided, and the order will be returned to our facility. The sender will need to provide an alternative recipient, and a re-delivery fee will be applied.

Returns Eligibility

You have the option to request a return for any of the following purposes:

Concerning quality: If you experience any problems with the quality of your received order and we verify the issue, you can choose to request a replacement product, an alternative product of equivalent value, or receive a complete refund for your purchase.
Regarding quantity: If the quantity of the order you received does not match what you requested, and we confirm this discrepancy, you have the option to request a replacement of the missing item(s) or receive a refund that is equivalent to the value of the missing item(s).
